Dark humor isn't really my choice of genre. The sample was interesting and left me wondering what was going to happen. There seems to be a couple of deadly plots taking place with Garrison plotting to murder Tessie and it seems that his dementia may be a drug induced state at the hands of Tessie as a way to get rid of Garrison and inherit his money. Great review. Congratulations on BOTD.

Just like The Title of The book ''The little Books of Bad Intentions'' by Allison Basile, Garrison and Tessie's marriage is fragile as its intentions is not of love but rather selfish and materialist gain.

Old age has gotten hold of them and their bodies confirm it.

Will Garrison and Tessie have a happy ever after marriage?

This quite short book, a novella really, will keep the reader both smiling and gripped to the end. If you think your marriage has issues, read this and be thankful! Nice twists and plot turns.

This book will definitely make an exciting read. I've known the likes of Tessie who are selfish and wild. They marry wealthy and vulnerable men for the purpose of enriching themselves through divorce.

The theme of the book is a little too dark for my choice, but I'm curious as to how the author incorporated humour into the story. Thanks for the interesting review.

I would love to read the book. It's a mysterious story. I would love to know how Garrison will kill Tessie and would like to know more about Tessie’s character. It's a great review.

A dark humoured crime thriller with an engaging plot that ends in an unpredictable twist sounds promising.🌸

I like the storyline of this book. It addresses a very important institution in society — family. There's a huge lesson about compatibility that everyone should learn before getting married — or getting married again. Great job by Allison Basile.

I'm so glad I read the review and a sample as I found the title alone a bit off-putting. This sounds delightfully entertaining and I'm sure I recognize some of the characters. I'm looking forward to this one and uncovering the twist at the end. Thank you.

Tessie seems to have been very ambitious and Garrison fell into the trap. I don't know whether he succeeded in his mission, and so I will have to read this book. Thanks for the informative review.

I like dark humor, and this book seems to bring some smiles on the face despite the tragic event of divorce and the plot of a crime. Thank you for the intriguing recommendation!

Dark humour with crime thriller is a good read. Can't help but wonder if Garrison was successful in his quest to murder his wife. This sounds like an exciting read. Congrats on BOTD
