E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is an engaging, fast-paced action novel with a touch of humor. The third-person perspective and multiple character viewpoints provide an interesting reading experience. Although some scenes near the end feel rushed, the overall enjoyment of the book remains unaffected. I recommend it as a lighter read suitable for a weekend getaway or a cozy day indoors.

This fiction thriller is about a honeymoon in Honduras gone awry. Who knew that shopping for souvenirs in a pig shop would lead to terrorist trouble? How will Kelly and Tom get out of hot water? Terrific book review!

The novel seems to be loaded with action, thrillers, suspense, humor, and terrorism, all on a honeymoon. I appreciate how the author succeeded in combining those genres into a light read. Unfortunately, I'm not interested in terrorism stories at the moment, but maybe in the future. Thanks for this amazing review!

This is a great review and after sampling the first chapter I agree with the reviewer's all-star rating. I also agree that it is a great light-pitched thriller to enjoy on the beach or by fire on a rainy day. The only point on which I disagree is that it is not sufficiently suspenseful - for me the suspense in the sample looked just right! :)

To go on vacation to Honduras and stumble upon a terrorist group definitely sounds like a great plot for a movie. I’m interested to read how this ordinary couple can take on a highly trained organization. I hope they turn out to be heroes.

An interesting, fast-paced plot, starts with a strange lab seen by a curious newly-wed American woman outside her resort in Honduras, transforming into a thriller solved in the epilogue. A very good read for summer holidays!
