This sounds like an intriguing crime story, and I wonder if Declan will ever be able to live the simple life he craves. I am not usually a fan of war books, but this sounds more like crime fiction with well-developed characters. Thanks for the lovely review.

This is an art. Not every author is able to reach this level proficiency.
Congratulations for the review.

I like your opening comments. To be honest, both aren't easy at all. I do love the fact that The Juicy Fruit Man by LaMar Going is filled with suspense. That keeps readers reading on and on. I will add it to my reading list. Congratulations to the author on the Botd. Great review!
Books are beautiful.

I have recently been reading books about war and would like to read the effects of war on a soldier.
I enjoyed reading your review.

This thriller about a man coming home from war sounds suspenseful! It really seems to capture the scars war inflicts on soldiers. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

This is an amazing crime thriller war-fiction novel highlighting marijuana, Vietnam, betrayal, sacrifice, innocence, action, and poor life choices. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has an awesome OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @lamargoing on the BOTD selection.

"The Juicy Fruit Man" by LaMar Going - It is easy to identify with Declan and the writing is exciting. Great review.

I hate war mainly because of its aftermaths. This book makes me feel what our soldiers go through if they're lucky to make it out alive. Thanks for the review

You learn something new every day - 'juicy fruit'! Who would've thought! This is, without a doubt, my favourite genre. And, judging by your review, it is well written :) I cannot wait to delve into this :)

Thank you for such an thorough, informative and inviting review! :)

I love to read about flawed charcters. But I am not really a thriller reader. Great review.

The title definitely caught my attention, and so did your review. I love a book that will make you forget you're reading fiction with how well it is written. I will try to check it out. Thank you for the review!

His tone has both a brute hardness and a smooth flow of warmth in word usage. I will mostly recommend The Juicy Fruit Man, by LeMar Going, to fans of the thriller genre.
What an amazing way of describing the narrative tone! It's sad that for these men the war never seems to end.
As always, your review is not only thorough but engaging. Thank you!
