Thanks for the excellent review! I enjoy reading mystery thrillers when they aren't extremely violent or have a lot of cursing. Based on your review, and what I have read so far, this sounds like a wonderful book! I was pleased there was humor from the beginning! The story Winston told was humorous even though it was so mysterious. I may have to give this one a try!

Books told from the first person point of view actually resonate with a reader in the most appealing way. This book couldn't be so lucrative.

The story of this book is intriguing me as the review revealed the hitting points of the story. They'll be a bit of problem in reading and understanding the writing as I'm not an UK insider but I'll be sure to make it work. The story maybe simple but the description of the book is done amazingly. So I'll be choosing this book for a good read.

The book uses British-English spelling and has a few quotations that may be foreign to a person who is not from the UK. This book is an intriguing mystery with several twists. This is a great review!

I am really picky when comes to thrillers. I don't think I will be reading this but it is good to know that there is a certain comedy aspect in the narrations. Good job with the review.

A novel billed as a mystery thriller although it seems to have a lot of humor. Set in the North West of England. It encompasses broad themes such as the perception of reality or the creation of new virtual realities.

I like that this mystery-thriller has a good dose of comedy. I don't mind the first-person narrative, but I can understand why that would leave some of the characters undeveloped. Sounds like an interesting book.

Interesting and challenging, but at the same time, since I am not native English anyway, it must matter little. What is important that the storyline is quite promising and the book represent my most preferred mix-gen. Pity it is not free, would have love start reading right away!

Your book review makes me very intrigued to read this book. I do like that you talked about the British-English that is used in the book, but that there is a reference guide for people who are unfamiliar with British phrases. I also like the plot line of this story since it has a combination of thriller and mystery genres.

A mystery thriller laced with humour sounds like what I need. First person narration doesn't exactly appeal to me but I would be willing to overlook that for a well-written and entertaining read. I wonder what Phillip eventually uncovered about Logrum and all its connections.. Thank you for a well-written review.
