This genre of thriller is not my cup of tea, but I do know a lot of people who would love to read this novel. A looming threat of terrorist attack and a captivating lead make for an engrossing tale.

This looks like a good old fashion thriller that, as a bonus, gives credit where it is due to the US Coast Guard. Congratulations to Mr. Hendrickson on his accomplishment and for receiving BOTD honors!

This is certainly my kind of genre. Action thrillers are my cup of tea. The action-packed adventure in this book is a must read for me. I can't wait to join Commander Edwards on his fight against the bad guys. Great review, Scerakor.

Today's BOTD is an action-packed military thriller that will keep readers on the edges of their seats, quickly turning pages. The details and descriptions bring each scene to life, making readers feel they watching it all unfold right there in front of them. Great review! Thank you! :-)

Military Action is not exactly the sort of book I would go for since it is not the genre I would prefer sailing in. But, I would be lying if I said that your review did not spark my curiosity. A book with a real timeline setting and natural characters is great and all but an author who knows exactly what they're doing is a cherry on top. I thoroughly enjoyed the sample and the review.

This seems like an entertaining thriller, although it's a shame that the plot was revealed from the perspective of the bad guys. Thanks for the great review!

Your review just got me interested and this is exactly the kind of book I would want and like to read. It was actually as if I was already watching a movie while I was reading your summary of the book.
Harmony in chaos. It's all a matter of perspective.

Besides the action, since the book took place in 2003, I liked the nod to the present day. For example, Commander Edwards had to learn how to use and operate some sort of newfangled piece of technology called a smartphone
First thing I thought of was Gibbs from NCIS! Modern military actions are something I've not explored deeply in written works. I might try this one sometime since it looks similar to what I like to watch. Thank you for your review!
