Imaginations of violence in a novel is not my thing. Wonderful review and plot but I'll pass on this.

I'm not a fan of war and politics. Besides, due to the lucid descriptions of violence, I must have to pass this book.

This book doesn’t really have much to offer me, but for anyone who likes to learn about other cultures and political issues, this would be a fantastic read.

This does sound like an amazing story of what happens when citizens no longer trust their leaders. I agree with your comments about new characters that keep popping up in the story. Great review! Thanks for the suspenseful recommendation.

While I am not a huge fan of highly political books, I was happy to read there is some humor infused into the pages. It sounds like the author created well-developed characters (that's always a win for me), and I like that readers can enjoy the book as a standalone. Great job on this review; thank you!

The book seems very interesting and captivating. But I don't think it is something I would enjoy reading considering it seems to deal with political literature. Also, it's part of a series, so I will skip this one. Thanks for the great review.

The cliffhanger ending sounds like there is a 3rd installment coming. The tribal trilogy will probably continue... Your review was great to read! Thank you!

A Long Night of Chaos is a book that demonstrate an ethical and political mishap of the past and the occurrence of the future that leaves the reader seeking for more. Fortunately, i have always been interested in historical books. The author did a good job in his historical research which brings to light the power of a good book.

The book sounds like an enjoyable political thriller. I like it that the book has several solid characters besides its professional editing and adorable writing style. Not my type of read, though. Otherwise, congrats on the BOTD!

I love how the preview summarizes the author's main theme of humanity preaching against inhuman actions.

The book may not be my preferred genre, but I would recommend it to fans political war themed books. I can relate with the multitribal aspect of it. Congratulations on the BOTD.
