This book really gave me the feeling of revisiting a dream. I've always wanted to live a such a beautiful place as described in these few pages. I honestly had a sweet taste in my mouth and smell of wet leave by just reading this or maybe its the chocolate I ate before reading this :D

Wow! You did a great job with the review. To think that even an adult would have a nostalgic curiosity to read about the characters and plot of the book is amusing. The author sure did a great job creating a character that loves adventures and investigation. Thanks for the review!

I am a huge fan of children's books. To now have comedy and entwined with the theme of friendship, community values and mystery makes it a perfect book for me. I congratulate the author on being the book of the day!

I am impressed with what you say about this novel. It seems like a great transition for kids into reading more mature books. Anything that gets kids reading gets 4 stars from me.

This sounds like such a cute, wholesome story. Personally, I enjoyed reading the Nancy Drew series when I was younger and reading your review of The Adventures of Sweet Pickles McGillicuddy really brought back some fond memories. I'm sure this book will be an excellent read for children, full of themes of family and friendship. Thank you for the awesome review!

I believe that when simple things are written for children, their critical thinking would be better. If mysterious things are written and solved simply, kids would enjoy them more and more. Would love to read this book and offer it to my nieces and nephews HAHAHAHHAH

Thank you so much for the review!

I love the nostalgia factor. This is a book that, even if written for kids, could be enjoyed by their parents as well.

Pickles and her dog Buster seem like a lovely crime fighting team, although the excerpt doesn’t go into any of their antics to date or for the story at hand. The backstory flows nicely and I’m just so happy to have finally come across a protagonist also named Jennifer.

It is very enjoyable following a thirteen-old girl trying to solve the mystery of a missing earring, for children of the same age also the author has used a language that is appropriate for children, so parents will be comfortable with the book

I felt the title was too long at first too, but I don't think that will be a problem for readers since it's a book for kids. The review has already given enough details on the characters, and it shows this book will be a good read for kids. Good review.

Sometimes you feel like taking a break from heavy duty stuff, take a break and read simple light books featuring teenagers solving mysteries. The book gives me Nancy drew's vibes and being a huge fan of the cult series, I would love to read this book out. I agree that title is way too long and that's my only concern. congrats on BOTD.

I don't typically read children's literature, and I don't have any youngsters in my life at the moment with whom I could share this book. Nevertheless, from the Amazon sample, it's evident that this is a lovely book, nicely written, and I expect a terrific addition to any young person's collection. Congrats to the author on BOTD.
