I love the idea of a 16th century mystery with characters representing various familial bonds. Sounds like a novel with a variety of themes! Excited to read it!

You’ve written a well detailed review. The book sounds intriguing. I look forward to learning how the character of Oweyn fits into the book.

The plot of this book is awesome. I’m lucky to read the first ten pages. I didn’t know there’s more to it. I’m definitely reading this to the end.

Your review was pleasing to read, thank you for mentioning the pace and levity of the book. I got the free copy for my Kindle, and I'm certainly intrigued to find out the mysteries and drama this family will endure. What secrets are hidden in the ancient box?

I find this plot to be really interesting, even though I'm a big softy when it comes to things that could be scary. But the idea is original and I would like to see how it plays out. Congrats!

I love mysteries but I shy away from them because they are usually full of profanity, violence and sexual content! I am going to check this one out because it doesn't have any of those features!

I liked the inclusion of a functional family. The cover sends chills through my body, I can tell this would be a good horror story. Impressive writing skills mm17.

With most books and sitcoms featuring dysfunctional families, I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with a highly functional one. Thanks for the review!
