This is one of the finest written reviews I've read in a while, and it has made me curious about this book. Methinks I may have to add it to my to-be-read list. Congrats to the author on his achievement and BOTD.

Truly heroic, Rickey’s action I believe is one of the qualities we all need to posses to survive the coming days. Choosing to be good and selfless in the midst of corruption and greed.

Thank you for your review. I agree with you that the plot is interesting and unique. Novels with futuristic settings have a lot of potential for the authors to explore and share their visions. I'm definitely adding this to my reading list!

Either the book is a great read, or your writing skills are impeccable. Perhaps both! The review is intriguing enough to make me grab a copy now! I wonder what happens in the 2050 world. Rickey's story is gripping!

I completely agree with your assessment of Rickey's character. His struggles with his beliefs and values are relatable to many young adults, and his internal monologue allows the reader to connect with him on a personal level. Congrats on BOTD.

A mysterious science fiction novel "Rickey Montey, Hero of His Age" by Richard Hamerski, which is set in 2050 where speaking ill of technology or computers is considered hate speech. This book appears entertaining to me.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

I love books about the future. Somehow they all predict that machines will take over, one way or the other. Thank you for your honest review!

I find it intriguing how authors can imagine a world where almost everything is replaced by technology. A scary thought. I'd like to read how Rickey will approach the challenges.

I might be wrong, but reading the description provided in review left me with the impression that the book is overly patriotic for my tastes. Not that I have anything against loving your country, but since I am not an American I have little interest to know such details about their way of living. Apologies, but I will have to pass it and still congrats on BOTD!

I like a book that is well rounded addressing issues that would be found in a real society, a fictional novel but also with a thought provoking idea: to get into courses and careers entailing technological advancement otherwise human labour will become obsolete in the near future.

As someone who has recently started evaluating my beliefs and values, I think, based on this review, that this book will give me even more to consider. It is fascinating how authors can take what the world looks like today and attempt to create a future that could be a reality.

This book is an interesting one and I feel for Rickey because it might be hard for him. Trying to be stable and getting end meet isn’t an easy task to do and some people will go to any length to be stable

Mr. Miter forced him to confront his own beliefs on a variety of topics. I liked the internal evaluation I was forced to do because of this, since I felt that I needed to contemplate my own beliefs and thoughts on these issues.
-I love thought-provoking novels. It keeps my brain active and young. Thank you for taking the trouble to write such a beautiful review.
