Great descriptive review! Like others have said it seems like a very interesting take on a mystery - two women working together to solve this case. I believe the book Open Season by Maryann Miller is a very nice book as I really enjoy homicide stories, just like I love them on TV. This looks very thrilling and I like its setting based in Texas. This is a great October read.
