Sounds like an action packed book. I'm definitely in for this one. I can't wait to find out what happens. Great review.

This review reflects well on the crime-background filled story. It has been written
well, and gives a good idea of the kind of dangers the protagonist would get into
along the course of the story. Thanks for the review, and I look forward to read
this book in full.

Thanks for the review. The book sounds interesting . And I like the fact that it portray west African cities as modern and not as jungle which that's what's most people from the west think of Africa. I'm definitely reading the book :techie-studyinggray:

While it seems like an interesting adventure story, I am not one for combat scenes. So taking your suggestion, I probably will not be reading the book. Thanks for the review and you did a great job with it.

Great review. A novel with adventure, possible romance, and kidnapping sounds great to me. Congrats on being BOTD and thanks for making it free.

I enjoy books set in different countries as well as when there's mystery involved. Thanks for the review

Great review! This sounds like a good book but it is not my cup of tea. The story told seems like it is action packed which is good and sounds like an interesting book for someone that would be interested in tgis genre.

Interesting review. I honestly do not know Humphry Bogart that well. I had to search him on the net to connect with the review. I was reminded of the few movies like Casa Blanca. The first few pages that I read convinced me that this is a good read.

Thanks for the detailed review, and for pointing out that this is for combat/action fans, and lacks good female characters as well. It doesn't sound like something I'd like to read, so thanks for the honest review.

Your review was vet informative! Though I'm not generally a fan of books that contain multiple action/combat scenes, this sounds like an entertaining read for those who are fans of that genre.

I'm interested in the locations that you mention appear in the book, not to sure about so much male central action. I wonder if the book can be read as a stand alone or if it's necessary to read the others in its series?
