OK, good to know... need to read the first to get full effect of second! Kinda a bummer for author because they put in so much time into second of the series and then know that "new" people who find it may get put off by that fact! Sounds like a good psychological thriller, though. Who knew therapists needed to get over their "baggage," too!?! LOL

Heavy subject matter! Sounds like an excellent read, though. I'm looking forward to reading the sample. Thanks for the review.

I like that this story combines both romance and suspense. It seems to make it intriguing to more audiences.

There is no doubt, as evidenced in this review, that A. Gavazzoni is a great novelist. I have to source for the part 1 of the book to learn more about the character Simone. Thanks.

Definitely! It just goes to show that we all have issues, even those whose job it is to help others deal with their issues! Thank you for checking it out!

It is not the book I would recommend especially as from the first page we are pulled into the sexual escapade of a young woman. This one night stand is as important as this book. I can imagine this to continue to the rest of the book.

Thanks for a great review, but the actual book doesn't sound to my taste. I like to read books in order, too!

This sounds like an excellent thriller! I would like to read the first book in the series so that way I have a full understanding of the story! Great review!

This sounds like a very enthralling read. Passion, betrayal and unusual sexual behaviour. Tiring just thinking about it all! Great review.

Great review. I am not expecting myself to read erotic romance these days so I probably have to skip this. But it seemed like a great and complex story that has much more than erotic scenes, so I will just grab my copy and read it in near future. (Together with book #1) Thank you for the review.

I'm unsure whether or not this book would be my style. It sounds like it deals with some pretty deep subject matter, which can be a good thing and indicate a thorough and well-written story. I have no doubt that the author sounds like a great writer. However, I don't think the subject matter would be to my liking.

Thanks for the review. I like psychological thrillers, they make you think and analyze everything, come to conclusions together with the main characters. Besides the twists and turns offered in the book that will keep you on your toes till the very end of the book appeal to me. I was a bit disappointed that it is a sequel, but I checked Amazon and the first book Behind the Doors is also for free (thank you very much). So I grabbed both copies and will enjoy reading the books.
