'One day, Mario’s grandparents were driving home from a grocery shop when intoxicated white men driving a truck forced them off the road into the ravine. The car of Mario’s grandparents crashed and exploded, killing both.'
I hope Mario finds out what happened to his grandparents.

The plot of the book seems thrilling and intense. But scenes of graphic violence, gore and sexual abuse are not for me. I can't understand how one living being can do something that horrible to another living being. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This book is intensely suspenseful. There is a lot for the readers to look forward to, like who the drunk men who caused the accident in Mario's grandparents' car were. Congratulations on BOTD.

"Southern Justice" by Terrance J. Aldridge is a gripping murder mystery about a stranger uncovering dark secrets in a small town.

Racism is such a loaded topic. Its horrors are innumerable. Kudos to the author, Terrance J. Aldridge, for crafting an immersive story with memorable characters around such a sensitive theme.

Racism is a major problem in our world today, and this book brings it to the forefront with a story about abuse and murder based on race and finding justice for these audacities. Thank you for your informative review.

This suspenseful and fast-moving novel focuses on the racism, corruption, and abuse Mario’s family and friends suffered at the hands of the white people in Duncan. I liked how Terrance portrayed the courage and perseverance of Mario as he investigated the untimely and awful death of his grandparents. Mario’s gentle care for his grieving parents and relentless pursuit of justice for his late grandparents made him one of my favorite characters. I certainly did not like the violence, gore, verbal, physical, and sexual abuse. But these detestable episodes were brief, and I appreciate that they were essential in getting across the message of racist horrors.
- Sounds fascinating. But since I'm more of a printed version fan, I hope it's just as good as the audiobook. Thank you for an action-packed and thrilling review.

The book explores racism in the past. It offers personalized experiences that readers can empathise with. The book does have themes on corruption, racism and violence, which may not be tolerable to some readers.

This seems like an engaging thriller with political ramifications that addresses important issues, sometimes depicted in violent bits. It is such a great attention grabber. Can’t wait to finish it

Injustice anywhere and at anytime mated to person is injustice mated against everyone because we all share in the same humanity. I'll like to know how Mario's search for justice for his parents and grandparents ended. This is certainly a very compelling story. Thanks for the review.

This review gives a good summary of the plot. Although some parts of the book sound difficult to read, the protagonist is a strong character that the reader can connect with.

Definitely not my cup of tea, considering how heavily the story is intervened with racism and its history in south states. Hate crimes are meanest, because there is no distinction. Everyone falls victim to them, elderly and kids included. It is complete destruction without reason and I can't read about it. Sorry and congrats, anyway!

I’m looking forward to digging into this book to know how Mario Jacobs will be able to find justice for the death of his loved ones. Racism is a very sensitive and yet timely relevant topic to discuss in book.
