The storyline is tough; therefore, readers will need to inhale deep and gather courage in order to grasp a copy.
When lives of children are on the line, I'm saddened. I'd like learn what happened to Jamie after her mother shrugged off the pain as being 'normal'.

Good review. This is a first like you mentioned usually it’s the victim. I’m interested to see how he feels and what become of the story. I can’t wait to read it.

I find this subject too upsetting, so I’ll have to pass. I don’t want to see through the eyes of a killer, but hope others enjoy.

This is a very difficult topic to write about. It's very interesting that the author chooses to write from the perspective of the murderer. Thanks for the great review!

The cover caught my attention also. I can't imagine something like this weighing on James' heart for twenty years. Your descriptions of how the author writes about the sensitive sections is helpful. Thanks for the recommendation.

If this book is narrated by the murderer, then maybe all men are presented as monsters because that's how the murderer sees them since that is how he personally is? I think that might be a possibility as to why that is, but of course I don't know for sure since I haven't read the book yet. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the honest review. I have a hard time reading books where children are harmed. I know this fictional story is more real than any of us want to think.

This sounds like an interesting book as it is written from the murderer’s point of view. But it's a shame about the negative aspect you have mentioned. Congratulations on being the BOTD!

Reading from the perspective of the murderer is fascinating, but also very disturbing, especially regarding the subject. The genre is not one I usually go for.

This sounds like a powerful story for a variety of reasons. From the "potential reality" in the story's plot, based on current levels of child abuse, to the straightforward approach to murderer admitting wrongdoing, the reader may have to digest some heavy material.

This sounds interesting. I like that it's told from the murderer's perspective, that's a nice change from the norm. Thank you for the informative review.

Good description an interesting review, but I am nit sure if I want to read this book. Child abuse is unacceptable subject to me and I rarely consider to delve in something hat mentions it. But, at the same time, the author gives the book for free, so maybe it is going to get its chance someday. Thank you very much!

The book's title is very intriguing. The storyline seeks to implore your emotions. Child abuse should be talked about more often for adults to take it very seriously. Great review!

At first, I thought I'll be interested to read this book. However, after reading that the book is about child sexual abuse I was completely discouraged. The book seems well-thought though.
