This is such an interesting approach to writing. I've, quite frankly, never seen anything similar, making the readers the reincarnations of the main character, which is a credit to the ingenuity of the author. This is a must read for me.

This sounded like an interesting read. A murder mystery along with plenty of thrills and deep metaphors of karma and redemption woven into the story makes it an intriguing one.

"Souljourner" by Paul Steven Stone. An interesting book, very intriguing story that helps readers. It also has some crime scenes of David knowing about his wife's crime. Talks about the reincarnation, we the readers. Congrats on BOTD.

This sounds like a book written on many levels. Thanks for your great review! It's interesting that one of the themes of the book is to look at a person's spirit rather than their outward appearance.

In your review, despite that you revealed what should be a moment of suspense in the story, I feel thirsty to know what the book is about.

It's a bold step to place your readers as the narrator in your story because of the uncertainty if they will feel comfortable in the shoes regardless of their personal convictions and biases, and having that this book talks from a reincarnated point of view, I crave to see what the writer did with words.

I'm on the fence about this book. It looked like something I wouldn't be interested in, but it sounds somewhat interesting. We'll see after a few pages.

It is an introspective book that leaves readers with a lot of questions. It is like a mix between crime, thriller, sprituality and a splash of fantasy.

I immediately knew that I would be interested in reading this book when I saw the words suspense and reincarnation in there. I find it interesting how the narrator of the story doesn't even bother denying the murder of his wife. Honestly the suspense started far beyond the story, it started with your review, and I can't wait to read the real book now!

This is quite a unique read that that challenges their natural disposition to life. David does not deny his guilt and further poses argumentative dispositions. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I like that the author presents the facts to the readers at the very beginning. At first glance, it may seem to readers that Paul Steven Stone discovered a lot at the very beginning of the book, but they will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of suspense.

This book seems quite unique. The author writes in a way that includes himself and the reader into the story. Can't wait to see more about it!

Souljourner is definitely a book with a unique tone, if unique is now another word for hazy/confusing narration. It is definitely not for me. I'll like to think there's some enlightenment somewhere there, but I just don't see any. All I see is the story of a man who killed a wife he claims to love, and somehow still finds a way to blame it on anything apart from his wilful bad judgement.

Personally, I wouldn't particularly recommend the book to anyone..............but that's me of course.

Okay, this is an interesting plot. A man kills his wife and knows nothing about it. I'd love to see how this plot unfolds.
