The mystery-solving adventure depicted in this book is quite enticing, especially for someone who loves a well detailed adventure story. Sounds like an interesting book to read.

I've been reading mysteries for as long as I can remember. But this is the first "family mystery adventure" I have stumbled upon. Thanks to the author for the free book. I can't wait to open that wooden box.

A mystery story in the book "Hill of Souls" by Richard Davids, which is based on the theme that one may get stuck in a limbo of sorts when met with uncalled circumstances. I want to read this book.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

this story could be adapted into film. I like the intro of the story where it started in the 16th century, and how the present time connects with it

This is a captivating mystery that ties the past to the present. I particularly like that the main characters are a functional and healthy family who solve the mystery together. This is a book I would re-read and enjoy. Thank you for your great review.

The theme of the soul getting stuck in limbo after a tragic occurrence made me want to read this book. The theme is in resonance with some beliefs in Africa. The adventure of this family will be interesting.

That notion suggests a purgatory of sorts. This is not the sort of theme that I find particularly interesting. But the mention of a ‘historical jigsaw puzzle’ is intriguing.
