The dark history of Hollywood, huh? Interesting topic. The world of intrigues tends to grip my attention pretty often. I am interested in this Reid character mentioned in the book. I wonder what sort of information he is trying to extort from his victims

Lovely review. From reading just the sample, I can tell this is a great thriller. The author wasted no time delving into the dark and mysterious. The characters all seem to have something hidden up their sleeve, all the while endeavoring to outsmart each other. The plot stirs interest in the reader. This novel is right up my alley, falling into one of my favorite genres. Kudos to the author on a masterful suspense thriller and being selected for today's read.

The first chapter of the book has almost every reader hooked! Blaire seems to have so much more potential than just the average two-dimensional characters you find in most books. However, Reid's personality has me confused. I don't know whether to like him or hate him

Hollywood, scandals, exploitation and crime - this seems like my kind of book. I'm looking forward to read more about Alton's character and see how he deals with Reid. Adding this to my TBR.

I like books where characters are grey and have a darker side. As a lover of suspense thrillers I find the storyline quite gripping and intriguing. I am highly fascinated with Alton's character as much disgusted by Reid's. I need to read this one asap. Congrats on BOTD.

It sounds intriguing to know what happens with Reid and Alton. The plot seems unpredictable. The mixture of character relationships and clandestine affairs catch my attention. This novel looks like an entertaining thriller with a fast pace.

A ruthless rapist, extortionist and killer, operating under the cover of Hollywood Stardom. A proper wolf in sheep's clothing. How would the hired former CIA bring this killer down if he also has other powerful forces backing him? This is a must read book.

Intriguing characters with an antihero feature are always appealing. The building suspense and relatable actions also add more to the BOTD. This sounds like a must-read for me. Great review.

The plot sounds really exciting and suspenseful. Alton, as the guy to bring down Reid and his backers is something I can't wait to read.

There is nothing one can pretend of being, the other side will expose you. Reid can be horrific the truth of the matter is that he is working for some undergrounds people also.
This is a must read book for me.
Thanks for the review.
