Depression and suicidal thoughts are things a lot of people find hard to talk about, which is what majorly attracted me to this book.

Reading the title, I thought this was a collection of poems. I previously thought I won't be reading it, but looks like I was wrong. This book is fascinating!
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

This sounds like an emotional fictional story. The book discusses real issues that hit everyone, like depression. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

I love books where the reader watches the character grow to a better version of themselves. This sounds like a good read.

Sounds interesting. It can be frustrating not having fulfilled a dream of many years, but it is more devastating when depression creeps in. I wonder the mission Samuel and his friends planned to venture in, I am adding this to my list. Thanks for the review.

I just read the free sample and did not notice any errors, so hopefully, those have been corrected. I, too, was impressed with the "beautifully written prose that oozed depth." Nice review!

Good read. I enjoyed reading this book. I find that his complicated and dysfunctional relationship with women eye opening and real and the reader sympathizes with him. I also thought it was interesting how the author shows how he deals with loneliness. It also touches on his relationship with his mother which the author didn't leave out. A good read, I'm looking forward to reading more.

I agree with your review that the author has great skill at writing and story telling. I do not know what to say about the characters staring off into the sky and looking at the stars. I do think that in future novels the author needs to get a better proofreader and editor to prevent the novel from suffering due to poor grammar.

Logan Lamech has made an impression with his writing style and also with this story's ability to capture human conditions in more ways than one. I'd really love to know what Samuel did for a change. Congrats on BOTD!

'Lingering poets' though a fictional narrative captures real life situatios that human beings often undergo such as depression, loneliness, disappointments etc. The author avoids making the reader dull even while dealing with these very momens.

Finding the sweet spot between being a plot-driven and a character-driven narrative is not an easy task to pull off. Based on the review, this book found that right balance. The theme seems to be a bit heavy, yet somehow relatable. An interesting book indeed.

This sounds like a book that touches the reader in many different ways. It is frustrating to read a book that is well-written and with an excellent storyline that has numerous errors. Having to take away a star from the rating due to the errors is frustrating when you have liked the book so much! Thank you for the excellent review!

Could the character be aimlessly looking up in the sky seeking help from the above! Most of us unconsciously do when we are seeking to sift through our thoughts. I think the author may have been attempting to make the story as real as possible. Nice review!
