The best way to keep friendship going is to be able to set aside individual differences and support one another and I am glad that leander and gabrielle were able to do that

Well it's really seems pretty interesting I really do like the idea of having a book that's set in a time where people were moving to a more non-discriminatory time. I would really enjoy the conflict of choice and I am curious about what Leanders decision might be.

What a beautiful review! I'll make sure to add the book to my to-read list.
With my recent read, I also found the book amazing, but the ending felt like a bucket of cold water, so I understand your position.

Sometimes the journey matters more, not only the ending, as Ralph Waldo Emerson said :).

As Over the Devil's Back talks about relationships, family, and friendship. I appreciated the most when the story touch those three aspects...so thanks for the wonderful review....
