This book must be intriguing. I'm interested to see how Kirsten and Quinn interact. The book is intriguing and well worth reading. It sounds dreadful to check into missing young girls. The mystery surrounding Kirsten makes for a fascinating read. This novel appeals to me.

The review is informative, well formatted and interest inducing. I'm compelled and convinced that this won't be a book that wastes my time. Coming across a well-written mystery that I actually want to finish and read through without pause is rare for me, so this review has given me the motivation I needed to complete the book.

One thing I liked about the book was how the author managed not to give away Kirsten’s connection to Quinn too soon, despite all the clues Kirsten dropped as she weaved stories about her background. I was as confused as Quinn, trying to figure out what her deal was. Just when I thought I had it figured out, it turns out there’s more to the story. The mystery of Kirsten kept me as engaged in the story as did the mystery of the missing little girls.

Based on your well-written review, this sounds like an intriguing book! I wonder why the Lazore family disappeared. So many years later, why are more little girls disappearing? I am also wondering what the unknown connection is between Quinn and his tenant, Kirsten. This mystery is right up my alley. Terrific job on your book review!

Ah, there seems to be a lot to like about this book. I especially like the element of what seems almost the supernatural in the connection between the troubled protagonist and his neighbor. The mystery of the missing girls promises to be very interesting as well.
Mystery is my favorite genre, and this is one I'm eager to have a look at.

This story captivated me a lot. I don't know; but through reviews, this doesn't sound like an ordinary crime mystery. The cold and darkness felt diffuse for a moment around me, as I stared at the cover and followed the glimpse of the story of the mysterious woman and the disappearance of the three little girls. My head is really filled with questions, so including this book in my next reading would be my best decision. Thanks for your review.

This sounds like the perfect book for me to binge read, especially a crime and mystery type of book. Just reading the review makes me want to know exactly how the mystery of Kristen was laid out. I hope Quinn finds the missing girls to at least enjoy what would be left of his retirement fund.

I think your review is well-written and gave us an idea what the story is really about. I like that you told us you were as confused as the main character in trying to figure out who Kirsten is. I also liked that you said the author didn't give it away too soon. I love books like that. I love a good aha! moment at the end when all the pieces finally add up. Thanks for the great review!

This is a perfect mystery novel that keeps you guessing and its full of suspense. The author does an admirable job at not giving anything away even with all the clues sprinkled in the background. I'm super curious to know who Kirsten really is and to find out what really happened to the three missing girls. Congrats on the BOTD!
