I really liked the cover, which sets the tone for the book. And, I must say, the quality of the writing is very good. Congrats to the author on BOTD.

The challenge with short stories is that they are most times rushed; before you can settle into the plot, they end. I'm glad that the author didn't make this mistake, as the reviewer states that each story's plot was well rounded.

It's a really nice review I like the fact that the book is not too long so it's easily comprehensible and it's equally a fiction based story about supernatural creations and it would trigger anyone's imaginative senses.

I do enjoy short stories with well-developed characters and plots. I am not sure if I can handle some paranormal themes but this BOTD sounds like it could be interesting on a psychological level as well. Nice review.

I enjoy short stories. I don’t enjoy some of the topics in this book, but the review is very positive so I tried to read the first few stories and had zero success because I couldn’t get it downloaded correctly. So, instead I’ve gotten all my information from the review only. And the review is very informative, I know what to expect when I get the book downloaded. Great job on #BOTD.

A collection of short stories where the author makes sure it had enough twists to keep the readers interested throughout their reading. The author also makes sure the characters for each story were well-develop. I'm glad you enjoyed reading this book. Nice review.

I would not recommend this book to anyone not willing to embrace the supernatural element, as it is prevalent in almost all of the tales...if you enjoy reading about the various interactions between men and women (living and dead), then this book will bring you a great deal of satisfaction.
The supernatural bit I can deal with, having enjoyed a few such books before. But if "dead" means the involvement of mediums, I'm out! At any rate, I enjoyed your review and as a result, I'm looking forward to checking the book out. Thank you.

Short story collections are not a favorite of mine, but the supernatural elements along with a couple of stories that I read to sample it, and your great review, I might be convinced to read more of it. Congratulations to the author for the BOTD honors.

I love supernatural tales. I don't usually read about feminine psycological warfare, tho. The themes of violence, morbidity, and addiction are seemingly not for me. I'm glad that you enjoyed this collection. Thank you for a great review.

Spirit Women by Rolando Garcia, a collection of supernatural short stories, sounds amazing. I don't like reading supernatural stories but this book sounds like a unique one, and so I will give it a shot. Congratulations on the BOTD.
