An American Conspiracy by Alan C. Moore is a political crime thriller. I enjoy reading crime thrillers but I'm a bit skeptical about ones riddled with politics. The plot sounds exciting and suspenseful. I might consider reading this book.
This 268-page book has 49 short chapters that flow smoothly between the terrorists, bombings, and political activities in Washington DC. Alan C. Moore skillfully uses bold, italics, and regular text to offset video feeds, emails, and other communication.
- Short chapters are always more attractive to the person on-the-go or even the stay-at-home worker, because even with a heavy schedule he/she can read it, have a sense of accomplishment and get encouragement to read more. Using bold, italics and regular text, the author takes away the boring factor and categorizes each action(communication) separately, making it easier for the reader to follow. Amazing review. Thank you!

This book has some interesting themes. The style was excellent. The role of terrorism in reshaping the peace of the world has become a great concern. How wonderful will life be without terrorists?

Hard to believe that so much crime and politics can fit into less than 300 pages, but, nevertheless, very exciting. Also, I’m always concerned with the laziness displayed by stereotyping in this genre; I'm pleasantly surprised to see that Moore is specific about avoiding that.

I don't usually read political thrillers, but I must confess that this review has piqued my interest in the book. There is a lot that create suspense, from the senator's email to the terrorist attack and their connection. I look forward to reading this book.

It was as a result of my interaction with Muslims I realised that not all are the same. I enjoy political thrillers and the suspense in the review makes me know it will be a great read. Kudos!

Well, this definitely sounds like the type of book I would enjoy reading. Political thriller with terrorist and some quite surprising twists definitely piques my interest. Now I am, of course, curious about what is the situation with congresswoman Madison Gladstone. I guess you're not telling me... so I need to read the book! :D

I read the opening scene of the book and the food court scene is just - OMG SO SAD. I am sure it's an amazing book for those who enjoy this kind of thrill! :) Great review and congrats to the author on BOTD.

It definitely sounds like a realistic story, but I am glad that the story veers away from portraiting all Muslims as terrorists.

An American Conspiracy conveys how terrorism is triggered by fanatic religious beliefs moreover, spruced up by politics. The excitement escalates at every twist and turn. Deceit is always a factor in a conspiracy. Terror creates chaos but the power of love still rings a bell in this book. Thanks BOTD and this fantastic review.

This book seems incredibly action-packed. I'm not a big fan of politicale thrillers though, so I will skip it. Congrats on BOTD!
