The book raises timely and significant issues regarding drug use among school-age youth. For those who enjoy mysteries and crime, the suspense is ideal.

'Official Review: Cruel Lessons' by Randy Overbeck provides a clear concept of the plot of the action thriller story. It outlines the contents of the book for readers. The point that the story shows the effect drug use can have on families, schools, and children is worth mentioning in the review. Readers would find the story full of suspense. Also, as mentioned in the review, the book deals with topics such as abuse and death of children. The book teaches that school districts should pay more attention to helping the children rather than being concerned about their reputation.

Thank you for your descriptive review on "Cruel Lessons" by Randy Overbeck. This crime thriller about four children who died of an overdose of a hallucinogen, by a tattoo they wore, in a car accident is an interesting read because the school district is more concerned about their reputation than the fact that the children had drugs while on a school trip. Drugs in schools has been a problem since the 1970's if not before and now it has become more complicated than just smoking marijuana in a classroom. Kids are selling to kids who got it from their friends of adults. It is a total mess that has become out of control. I look forward to reading about this story as I have put it on my shelf. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

A tattoo that sticks to your skin and gives you a high? I don’t know if it actually exists but if not, then I think the author is highly creative in coming up with an innovative concept; I just hope it won’t have someone having thoughts of producing such! I like murder mystery and suspense books so I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out if the suspect in the death of the boys is the real one and if not, who real perpetrator is. I have a knack of guessing whenever I read a murder mystery and I’m excited to guess correctly in this novel.

Thanks for your informative review!

"Cruel Lessons" seems like it properly shows readers tackles a good balance of sensitivity and suspense. The character development and plot twists make it more exciting to read. I enjoy and appreciate books with important topics and this one seems to present them well.

"Cruel Lessons" is a suspenseful crime mystery that explores drug use in schools and its devastating effects. With a simple yet engaging plot, complex characters, and unexpected twists, it's a gripping read. Recommended for crime mystery fans, but be aware of heavy themes like abuse and child death. 4/5 stars!
The difference between taking and giving, and taking and not giving is the difference between life and death.

I know you said this story has a simple plot, but the plot actually sounds great to me. A tattoo that acts like a drug is a pretty interesting idea. I've always loved crime thrillers, and I think the overall message of the danger of drugs is an important one. Thanks for the review, I'll definitely be checking it out.

The review is written well thank you. Drugs in schools are a threat to children in many countries. So the theme is a good choice. The plot of the story revolves around a framework of suspense and the unexpectedness of the criminal. Which makes the book an interesting read. Congrats on BOTD

"Cruel Lessons" by Randy Overbeck. In Cruel Lessons, four young boys tragically die in a car accident on a school camping trip. This gonna be quite interesting story about how drugs use and abuse effects the children health improvement and death. Thank you for this wonderful review I agree with you that the schools should be more concerned about the childrens care. This book can teach more about children's health , drugs, effects, death and more caused by drug abuse. Congratulations on your BOTD

I'm not much of a fan of drug stories, but the idea of inducing a drug high through a tattoo is intriguing. I'll take a pass on this one, but I wish the author much success in finding an appreciative reading audience.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller story about four students died on a trip after consuming a mysterious drug. The school and the local police must investigate this new drug. Will they find out what happened? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Drugs in school continue to be a massive problem across America, and to think of drugs in a simple kids' tattoo is evil. Great honest review

Cruel Lessons by Randy is a fictitious story. Still, it brings to light the drug problem that continues to haunt schools in the US, and this story teaches a lesson to the authorities to open their eyes and take strict measures.
