Thank you for your informative review. I'm glad that you enjoyed it. The mystery part I liked in the sample, but I'm not a fan of paranormal or horror. I do wonder where her parents are. I thought the author's style of writing was good and there was a variety of well-developed characters. I hope those who prefer this genre will find the book entertaining.

A gripping thriller on love, friendship, romance, sacrifice, violence, murder, suspense, witchcraft, black magic, and more. "Murder Under Redwood Moon" by Sherri Lynn Dodd tells the story of Arista, whose family was gifted with unique powers which her evil uncle, Fergus, desired to have and control. Thus follows a gripping mystery of torment, gruesome torture, and bone-chilling instances of black magic by the sick mind of a serial killer.

Murder Under Redwood Moon by Sherri Lynn Dodd is a thrilling mystery fantasy that sure grips the attention of the readers. The book follows Ian, who foresees things, especially regarding his daughter. This book contains dark magic, which I find the ultimate attention gripper.

On a lighter note, I learned many tea recipes from the book. As a tea lover, I was amused by the variety.
What a lovely and quirky detail!
I've always been intrigued by both the paranormal and serial killers, so this seems like the ideal book for me. Plus, the romance subplot is always a win in my book.
Thank you!

This is surely a book that enthralls through its very end. Mystery combines with magic, creating a story where Arista is the protagonist fighting evil: Will she defeat fully defeat it?

Thank you for your detailed review on "Murder Under Redwood Moon" by Sherri Lynn Dodd. This is a gripping murder mystery thriller beautifully blended with dark horror and witchcraft that will make you gasp with anticipation at every turn of the page. Arista's family is gifted with powers—they are witches who perform only white magic to protect themselves and sometimes their community. Arista was born with unique powers, which is why her evil uncle Fergus wanted to use black magic to steal them when she was eight. Her parents left her in the care of her aunt to stop her uncle but now there have been murders of young girls and they are suspecting the uncle is perhaps the person behind this black magic. I am so looking forward to reading this thrilling, page turner, mystery, witchy, magical story so I have put it on my shelf. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

I'm definitely sold on this book; the plot sounds super intriguing! I'm betting Arista's uncle Fergus has something to do with the awful kidnappings. This is such a great review for a great book!

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Arista will fight Fergus’s black magic and prevent him from stealing her powers. I love reading thrillers and horror books involving witchcraft and black magic and this one is right up my alley.

'Official Review: Murder Under Redwood Moon' by Sherri Lynn Dodd provides detailed knowledge of the plot of the action thriller story. It sheds light on the exciting parts of the story. The author maintains suspense until the climax. The book offers a range of elements: love, friendship, romance, sacrifice, suspense, witchcraft, black magic, and more. Also, as mentioned in the review, the climax is the most thrilling part, with action, spookiness, and unpredictability making it super enthralling. It was nice that tea lovers would learn many tea recipes from the book!

What a start to the book. Loved the first few chapters. Will definitely be checking this book out. The horrors of realising that your child might be harmed was too realistic for me as a parent myself.

When it comes to serial murders, witches, and death, it is bound to be an interesting read. Although themes of horror are not my favorite genre, this book packs a super interesting plot and is worth the read.

The presence of witchcraft and black magic suggests that the book is not just an ordinary thriller, but one that incorporates supernatural elements, which increases the tension and mystery. The way the torment and twisted mind of the serial killer is described points to a psychological narrative, where the terror comes from both the killer's actions and the dark, supernatural environment in which the story takes place.
