I don't care for Christian literature, and after reading the first couple of chapters, I think I'll be skipping this. It's nicely written, but not my cup of tea. However, I am pleased to congratulate Mr. Delaney on his achievement.

The struggle between good and evil always makes for good thrillers. In today's world, where many people believe the end times are near, the book is topical as well. Well done on the review and thank you!

"The Shaft" by Scott B Delaney is inspired by the struggle between good and evil. The Call, a contemporary Christian movement, is gaining more and more popularity. In order to suppress the ideas of the movement, the assassin Niki was hired.

79 chapters sounds a lot, but I am sure that with the author's engaging writing style, it won't feel like so many.

Just came across this gripping review of "The Shaft" by Scott B. Delaney, and it sounds like a thrilling roller-coaster ride! 🎢 The clash between the religious movement and the secret society's assassin plot makes for an intense read. The well-developed characters and suspenseful storyline have me intrigued. I'm definitely adding it to my reading list! 📚💥

I'm on the fence with this book since the review states that it is prolonged but I do love suspenseful read. There is a mention about God watching over his son who believes in him no matter what and I think the book encourages people to have faith in God no matter what, I think for this fact I will read it. The movement that is against abortions, same sex marriages is creating a topic among us as we have have people who don't encourage them and some who have accepted them.

The book is an exact reflection of today's world, where religion has become a threat to politics and science. I can already guess the injustices and struggles in the book's plot, and I think it's worth the time.

The study discusses the Call, a modern Christian movement concerned about abortion, same-sex marriage, and embryonic stem-cell research. A hidden club hires a virshenko assassin, which leads to the kidnapping of Andrew Morrison. It's extremely informative, in my opinion.

I am not ashamed to admit that I selected this book based on half-forgotten memories about an old movie and detective Shaft. As I started reading, I soon realized my mistake, but at that point I was immersed in the story and simply couldn't put the book down. Don't regret in the slightest that misunderstanding, because the book is good and I really enjoyed it!

This review is superb and full-fledged. I love the suspense that it promises. I did not expect a novel like this to include spirituality in the fight against evil. I have already added this book to my reading list.

Good vs evil happens every day. I am glad this book is free because I am intrigued by the premise: I am also concerned about the "immoralities" enumerated in the first paragraph of the review. I wonder how angelic forces will protect Andrew and the rest of the Call ministry.

A religious drama like this tends to step on people's toes regarding religious beliefs, but I'm keen to be open-minded to learn more about how Andrew handles the misfortunes thrust upon him.

The Shaft by Scott B. Delaney is an engaging and well-written thriller that skillfully weaves together themes of faith, suspense, and morality. Delaney's descriptive writing style and well-developed characters contribute to a gripping narrative that's difficult to put down. The combination of supernatural undertones, suspense, and themes of good versus evil make it a captivating read for fans of thrillers and crime dramas. It's commendable that the author's personal beliefs and the struggle between good and evil are conveyed throughout the story. While the beginning might be slower paced, the suspenseful roller-coaster ride that follows, along with the strong character development, more than compensates for it. The book's engaging narrative and the absence of explicit content make it a suitable choice for readers who appreciate a thrilling and morally-driven storyline. With its intriguing plot and solid execution, The Shaft deserves the 4 out of 4 stars rating it received.
