Thanks for the informative review. Even though I'm a fan of historical fiction, I'm not that passionate about war books, especially when it has to do with the Nazis, so I think I'll give it a miss.

I must say, though, that your review makes it sound so riveting.

I'm beginning to enjoy historical novels surrounding the WW ll, especially one that is artistically developed as this one. I like the hints given about the book in this review, and would love to add it to my shelves.

no one likes nazis but storylines derived from the war they brought are some of the most interesting a good example is the game called wolfstein which this book reminds me off a lot.

I do enjoy war-related tales of historical intrigue, so my interest is piqued by this group of Germans using interpretative analysis to try and stop the oppressive advancement of the Nazi regime. Thank you for sharing such a helpful review with us all!

"Challenging issues – from the nature of patriotism to the role of women in wartime" - this statement speaks all for this book. I love this kind of captivating reads. The only thing that would turn me off, though I don't know the extent, is the presence of romance. Great review!

The vast majority of WWII historical novels come from the perspective of other countries fighting or surviving the Nazi regime. I like that this novel shows how some of the German people secretly fought against the regime as well. This book has been added to my reading list. Great review!

This seems to be an intriguing book, indeed. It's fascinating that contains historical elements. Although it's the second book, I'm glad to know that it can be read as a separate stand-alone novel.

Thank you for your detailed review. I am so glad you really enjoyed the book. I don't usually like war stories, so I believe I will pass on this one. I'm sure that since it was revised many will enjoy it that like this genre.

Historical fiction is not my genre of book to read, however this one makes an exception. I will like to know if Britain was rescued from the Nazies. Thank you for the review

The storyline of Wolfgang's castle is very outstanding and fascinating. The story has a lot to offer in action, suspense, humor, and romance that makes it more interesting. It may be a bit twisted in some parts with the character but the story itself is good. There is a link between the characters and the story that brings together to the audience.

I do not enjoy war books too much, but it was a terrifying time in history. We hold on to the hope that we will never again stand for such atrocious actions. Remembering is a good thing as well. Thank you for your great review.
