I'd be very disappointed if one of the stories' plots revolved around a man not woman. I love the book cover, just that I don't know what genre this book is. The descriptions are broad

Supernatural stories, like their lurking ghosts in the darkness, engage readers' minds and arouse curiosity to know the intriguing elements in the story. This collection of supernatural tales seems to have all the ingredients that a reader expects to read.

Thank you for your wonderful review. I'm so glad you liked it so well. I'm not usually into the supernatural, but after reading the first four stories, I found them very interesting. I didn't find it too "out there" and they reminded me of mysteries I used to watch on TV growing up. I think I will add this to my list of books to read and give it a try.

A truly fascinating review, for a truly fascinating book. I too found the characters to be fully developed. Each standalone story was interesting. I like the bridge picture as well. Thank you for your review.

I love the supernatural and psychological warfare, so this collection sounds right for me. The fact that they’re short stories means that they’ll fit into my tight schedule better than a full-length novel as well, allowing me to squeeze a story in here and there whenever I get the chance. Thank you for the helpful review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting collection of supernatural thriller stories. Each designed to draw the reader in with psychological warfare. This is definitely worth a second look. Well done.

I like the idea of short stories, but I’m not into the supernatural. The terms feminine psychological warfare piques my curiosity as well, but this is one that I plan to skip. Thanks for your review!

Though the book is a collection of supernatural short stories, the author has made them full bodied. I like short story collections where I don't feel the story ended too fast. And the elements of the book makes it all the more interesting for me.

I admit that short stories tend to not leave a mark in memory. I hope that this time will be different, as I have a hankering for short mystery stories, and your comment about each story being full bodied has really snagged my interest. Congrats on making BOTD!

This is a unique collection of short stories of physchological, supernatural tales with descriptive narration to give more imagery on the story as it unfolds.

For the author to write about women, he must have studied and know the psycho aspect of women. Thanks for an interesting review.

I wasn't interested until I read the review. Thank you! Psychological thrillers are right up there on my list of 'likes' and this one goes on the 'want to read' list. :tiphat:

It's fascinating that the author talks about feminine psychology. We always end up questioning ourselves about women and their role in society. I think this book acts on behalf of that. It is a wonderful read and a great review as well.

"Spirit Women" by Rolando Garcia is a collection of supernatural tales. These are short stories and each one is well written and has its own appeal. I am really looking forward to reading this entire book. The official reviewer found that the stories are complex and well conceived. Very good review. Members should add it to their Want to Read Shelf.
