Official Review: The Dark Web Murders by Brian O'Hare

From the Inspector Sheehan Mysteries comes the 4th installment, The Dark Web Murders, Written by Brian O'Hare, it can be read as a stand-alone and you would still be amazed. A serial killer is on the loose and those who are in his wake suffer only the most terrible of deaths.

Follow the brilliant and thoughtful Chief Inspector Sheehan and his hard working team of detectives who try by all means to solve this string of crimes that just seem to be resoundingly timed and executed with conviction and a scent of justice. When a Judge is brutally murdered in his residence, Sheehan is called to the scene and what he finds is utterly shocking and thus begins the search for this abhorrent killer who goes by the name Nemien, a dark web blogger who posts only the unjustifiable. As they try to fill in the pieces, more killings begin to be made which leads to a massive investigation that could shock the beliefs of many. The more you read the more mysteries keep rising. A book filled with action, drama and suspense that leaves you at the edge of your seat, wanting more as you read further.

What Brian O'Hare manages to do in this thriller is to build a massive storyline while also keeping the reader intrigued through out. It's even hard to leave the book unfinished because you want to delve into it the more you read. Each character plays a major role in the book and the way in which the author introduces you to each one is amazing. There were a few typos here and there but that did not affect the overall writing of this masterpiece if I may call it that. This book is filled with a lot of direction and conviction, this can be seen in how each chapter is meticulously timed and staged. Each scene is also perfectly explained and well thought out and that is a complement to the author

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. Giving it anything less would be unfair. This is an amazing book, well written, good plot, amazing characters and overall it's affectious in its capacity. It keeps you engaged and all in all allows you to be apart of the journey through out.

I would recommend this book to crime book lovers and those who love being connected and engaged in an investigation, while also connecting with different characters. I would really be interested in reading more books from this amazing author.
