When America is under attack who will come to its rescue? When America is being stolen from who will solve the mystery?

Lara Edmond, an F.B.I. agent and her husband Uri Levin, a Mossad agent are summoned to do just this while on their vacation in Ohio. During the days that they were enjoying their vacation, their country was under attack in more ways than one. It is now up to them to discover who was behind the attack at a Beverly Hills mall and the U.S. financial institutions. It is also their job to connect the dots to these two crimes and find out if there's any correlation between the two or if they are just a mere coincidence.

The Date Farm is quite the page turner. There are only a very few dull moments in this story. These moments are very short and brief. They don't bring the story down. Jack Winnick has made this story very realistic. The realism of The Date Farm is what makes it good but also terrifying since attacks like these have happened on American soil before and could possibly happen again. He's able able to bring attention to something serious and scary without compromising the plot or the development of the characters.

I really liked how the author had the two main characters be a married couple. I liked seeing how their work life and their married life intervened with each other. It was nice to see that their love for each other was genuine and to see the devotion that they held in their hearts for their country.

I don't really have anything negative to say about this book. It was well written and it seems that the author put a lot of hard-work into it. It's not something that I most likely will read again. This is only because I'm mostly interested in romance novels, but I do not regret reading this at all. It's really a great book to read. I don't recall seeing any spelling or grammar errors.

This is a story for people who love to read about wars, suspense, and thriller. The Date Farm gives you just that. I think people who like to read about past and current wars, survivalist stories, and mysteries will enjoy this book the most.

Although this tale of terrorism wasn't really my taste I have to give credit to Jack Winnick for some how managing to find a way to keep me interested in it. I'll give this a four out of four star rating.
