Crime. Thrill. Suspense. Mystery. I dig for these genres and the author seems to have packed all these in his novel. Appreciate the review.

Wow! There is a lot going on in that book! I am not familiar with Texas-themed novels especially the ones with a little bit of suspense in them but I can imagine it becoming like a movie or at least a primetime mystery series. Also, for some reason, reading “she wasn’t looking for trouble, but he was looking for her,” made me feel a little giddy inside!

The book sounds dope, though I think the part where stranded Anna gets help from some hunk is more of a cliche. Thanks for the excellent review.

I enjoyed reading your review. I like the idea of multiple storylines coming together for a thrilling and suspenseful tale. I don't normally like thrillers, but you make this novel sound exciting, so I will add it to my want to read list. Thanks for the great review.

This is a kind of book you don't want to read in your a hurry. It is full of mysteries, and I believe there is a twilight to it. I'd love to know what becomes the fate of Anna and Travis. Thanks for the great review.

I loved the way you described the book! While thrillers are not my favourite, I have read some really good ones. I like the sound of this one, too. I'm very curious about the unexpected twist at the end. Definitely putting this one on my Want to Read shelf. Thanks for a great review.

The review itself is intricately woven and from what I have gathered, this novel is thrilling. I love the depiction of suspense and the fact that the events roll out in 48 hours doesn't discourage me from reading this. I really love a juxtapose of a crime scene and an endearing moment of love making. Beautiful!
