[i]The Dark Web Murders[/i] presents the last of the ‘Inspector Sheehan Mysteries’ collection of books, written by Brian O’Hare. Aside from solving a serious homicidal case, Sheehan’s team faces something rather unusual - something which makes one’s blood run colder than ever.



Besides the common webspace familiar to most of us, there exists one as if under the surface - an additional space called ‘Dark Web.’ A place accessible merely to chosen ones who, however, ought to be vigilant. Whatever action you perform here remains untouched by the law. There is plenty of the ‘forbidden’ to be found within its walls; things that would never occur to an intelligent mind. While Sheehan’s team of top-class detectives has heads on their case, there happens to be a connection lurking from this petrifying space. Not visible at first, although it gains strength with each new trace that emerges.



I rate this book [b]four out of four[/b]. It appears to be difficult to discover a crime story as marvellous as O’Hare’s one is. [i]The Dark Web Murders[/i] is a fully-fledged work that ranks among the crime literary genre. It is endowed with an engaging story together with elaborated characters. Each chapter is unique in its content and their order is cautiously considered. Therefore, there remains a sort of suspense throughout the whole book which encourages the reader to proceed with reading. This I regard as the essential feature of any good crime story. O’Hare’s detective story meets this more than certainly.



With nearly every book prior to this one, I managed to find something I disliked. Even a subtle detail that was not appealing to me. However, I am experiencing real difficulties finding one now. O’Hare’s [i]The Dark Web Murders[/i] happens to be one of the best books I have ever come across. Its exceptionally engaging nature does not allow the reader to stick with one page for too long.



If you rank among those seeking a good, suspenseful crime narrative, [i]The Dark Web Murders[/i] is the right choice. After reading this one, you will instantly long for other mysteries of Inspector Sheehan and his team.
