So much drama! Must be an interesting book to read. Plus the contrast portrayed in the character's personas. I wonder how the story turns out in the end. I will check it out after all it has a discount! Congratulations on a great review and BOTD

It seems a good thriller book but the character are not well developed which makes me skip this one as I believe in the connection of the book to the reader (indirectly with the author).

In my memory it is the third time that OnlineBookClub recommends the book written by A.W. Baldwin and based on previous experiences chances are 50/50. I liked "Raptor Canyon" but wasn't all that fond of "Diamonds of Devil's Tail". One thing for sure I will definitely going to try this new adventure!

The plot of the story is really interesting. It's awful that the book lacks character development. But still, I look forward to reading this book.
Thanks for the great review.

"Baldwin did not invest in character development."

Crime thrillers are not my preferred genre, This combined with the lack of proper character development indicate that this isn't the book for me. Thank you for your detailed review.

This book has got a similar ring to Canyonlands, with the main character witnessing a murder. I also wonder how Relic enters this story.
Congratulations to the BOTD.

I like the detail when Hailey, while she was refocusing her binoculars, saw the murder of a man. I think it’s great that the author designed the novel as fast-paced but I believe the characters needed to be better developed.

A story that revolves around a murder that the protagonist witnessed when taking the road less traveled during a bike ride. Good choice for lovers of crime thrillers and mystery.

This definitely sounds like a plot-driven story, which is such a pity, since it came at the expense of character development. I'm not usually a fan of crime thrillers, but it seems to have potential – one certainly hopes that the author will take your suggestions to heart. Thanks for the review.

This is a unique storyline. A witnessed murder and a choice to be made. I wonder what she did. Seems intriguing. Can't wait to read it. Great review.
