Greed is one of a person's undesirable traits. This personality trait has the ability to dehumanize a person, leading to unethical or criminal behavior. Greed has the power to ruin a person's life and drive him to the edge of the abyss. In this book, the author depicts greed in its most vile form. Despite the fact that it is a mystery and a crime story, it contains a deeper message.

In Joe Calderwood's book Money Faucet, a murder occurs in a lawyer's office. The story begins with a crime scene involving Clint Kennedy, the protagonist, who nominally works in a bank and runs a school for underprivileged children but is actually involved in drug money laundering. Clint, who agreed to be Eddie's grandfather's guardian, finds himself in a legal battle with Jessie Coulter, a lawyer who is trying to gain this guardianship. Clint tries to persuade Jessie to reconsider before heading to court but instead finds himself with a body in the attorney's office.

I enjoy reading crime and mystery books, and this one is no exception. There are several aspects of this book that I liked and believe are positive qualities, such as how the author seamlessly transitions between the characters, allowing each character to speak about his or her life and tell events from his or her own point of view. I also liked how the author started with a murder scene and then went back in time to explain what the characters had been through in the preceding days until we arrived at the murder scene.

On the other hand, if you ask me what I didn't like about this book, I'll say nothing. The story in this book is intriguing, full of mystery and suspense, and once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. In addition, this book is carefully edited, in my opinion, as I found no grammatical, spelling, or typographical errors in it. As a result, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

In the end, I'd like to remind out that while this is the second book in The Clint Kennedy Crime Series, you do not need to have read the first one to understand Money Faucet. Readers who appreciate crime and mystery stories will enjoy this book. As a result, I recommend it to them, and I am confident that they will like this intriguing narrative as much as I did.
