Faults by Orion Gregory is Greg Milano's debut novel under the pen name Orion Gregory.

A fascinating story about a twenty-four-year-old tennis player, Sydney Livingstone, that is striving to achieve success before her body gives up due to a muscle injury. After tragically losing her doubles partner Milena Lombardy due to suicide, she is forced to move on with her life and continue her path to acquire a name for herself. But with a potential murderer with unknown motives lurking around the corner, It is challenging to properly focus on her upcoming matches and potentially her chance to enter the prestigious US Open tournament, especially when being faced with constant threats.

The book is composed of 36 Chapters ending with an Epilogue. Evidence of who might be the mysterious murderer is gradually given in each chapter, but most of it applies to nearly everyone around Sydney. This naturally causes her to feel pressured and can't depend on anyone, but her unique personality always shows through as she consistently identifies the good in others.

I genuinely admired the narration, going back and forth between the events and the potential murderer's dreadful thoughts and plans. I enjoyed the way everything unravels, with each character being a potential suspect, even her own family and close friends. The narrator equally never fails to efficiently deliver a joke even during chaotic events. The qualifying matches are action-filled and thrilling, they demonstrate the competitive spirit of Sydney and how she never gives up and never flees from the scene despite being constantly stalked and receiving death threats.

The plot was great, and the twists were something you wouldn’t expect. The events were interesting, from receiving a gift from a mysterious person, to constantly locating a threatening message somewhere. The story also shows what is the outcome of committing suicide as it doesn’t only mean taking the life of oneself, it affects the people who cared for the person and might lead to revenge and potentially attempting to murder.

I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4, as I didn't observe any negative points. The delivery was excellent and captures the attention of the reader, thus my review of the book. There were no errors, so the novel was exceptionally edited. There was no usage of profanity.

If you are a fan of thrilling fast-paced action-filled stories that involve crime and solving mysteries or are fond of tennis, then I recommend referring to this novel.
