Can a genuinely determined mind defeat any obstacle, despite the setbacks in its way? Ebony is an undeniable example, as she sets out to achieve a goal that many may deem impossible. She aims to become a certified medical doctor and, at the same time, control the illegal businesses that run on the streets of her town. A goal that initially seems lofty may soon be brought into reality.

Red Friction by Omar Wilson is an exciting insight into the life of Ebony, a passionate individual who can get whatever she wants with or without the use of force. Can Ebony handle the heat of the streets as a drug lord while pursuing a budding medical career? Find out more in this intriguing fictional piece.

There were a few positive aspects to this book. I honestly enjoyed the language employed in this book. It was not complex, and it was easy to understand. Also, it would be a disservice to this book, not to mention the great use of proper vocabulary concerning crime and medicine. It was adequately put together, increasing my interest in the book.

Another positive aspect too essential to miss is the moral lesson contained in the story. The writer wishes for his readers to learn from Ebony's mistakes and shortcomings. This book had a lasting effect on my mood while reading it. The writer was able to add plot twists sufficiently and successfully. My favorite part of this book is that it has a solid and vital message to its audience, pushing them to be determined and never bend over for anyone, despite individual differences and cultural backgrounds.

There were also negative aspects to this book. There were a lot of errors, which is proof of a lack of proper editing by the writer. This made the text a bit hard to read and difficult to understand. In my opinion, this was the worst part of the book, and it ruined a significant portion of my reading experience, as the errors were too obvious to ignore. Another negative point that must be noted is that Ebony's story ended suddenly, and I feel there are still a few unresolved issues in the story unless the author intends it.

As a result of the reasons stated above, I rate this book a three out of four stars. There were too many errors in this book, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, and I did not enjoy reading it as much as I had hoped. I recommend this book to lovers of crime novels and any person that seeks a slight boost in self-esteem.

Combining medicine and drug trafficking is a whole lot. These are two entirely different paths. A combination would be interesting to see. I'm curious to know if she pulled it off. Thank you for the review

Errors can be an issue stopping ones enjoyment of books. The author could work on these.

Ebony's dreams are really lofty. I'd love to see how she achieved them if, indeed, she achieved them. Great review.

The review starts with a question and my response to the question is; yes. I would love to read the book so as to know if Ebony acheived her dreams even though they are quite lofty. Thanks for your review.

This seems like a novel based on the intriguing idea of Ebony's double life. A shame about the many errors, I hope the author will do proper proofreading to avoid distractions for readers. Thank you for your great review!
