The Singing Sand Story by David Chattaway

Post by Darling_Reads »

"The Singing Sand Story" By David Chattaway is an action packed thrill ride that you won't want to put down once you start reading. I wanted to share this review with some fellow readers that may not have come across this book.

Jamal is an orphaned boy who had a tough past. He is brought in to his foster home with loving arms. Jamal and his new family go to their yearly vacation camping at the lake. While on vacation the family suddenly experiences a tragedy. This is not the first tragedy Jamal has endured. What will happen to Jamal and his new family? The story keeps you engaged as you follow Jamal on his recovery from pain.

The story covers themes such as family, heartbreak, loss, and personal endurance. The story has a good flow of events and is captivating. I will remember this story because it really touches your emotions. You feel for Jamal as his character is very realistic and well developed.

I recommend this book to those who are looking for something that is gripping. You will not be disappointed.
