Pulse: Book One by Bryan "B.A." Bellec is a very interesting and intriguing book. It started a bit slow because of the number of unique characters, but once you get a hang of it, it becomes a wonderful book that deals with a future we are all facing. It touches on every important point in a society like Business, Politics, Technology, and Greed. It presents in perfect detail how technology can have adverse effects when mixed with selfishness. The author, Bryan, was able to create and inculcate family, dating, and single relationships in an advanced world in this book. He also created machines that will most likely emerge in the nearest future as our lives develop. With so many characters, you can't confirm who exactly is the main character, or who makes it till the end, and this makes it so much better. This book thrills and puts you at the edge. I believe it should be made into a movie. This is the first book I have read from Bryan, and I am looking forward to reading a whole lot more.

What really impressed me with Pulse: Book One was the vast number of unique characters, each having their own storyline, yet coming together to form a masterpiece. I like how the author was able to create things not in existence, yet portray it in such a way you think you are already living in the future. I also like how the book goes from character to character's view of the same happening, but in a different perspective. I also like how he was able to write the book in a way you easily know who is speaking at a particular time, then also give a narrator's view to give you a complete understanding of the whole storyline.

I really don't have any dislikes for this book, and I can say it was well written and professionally edited as I found only two errors while reading it.

I really recommend this book to anyone who loves a very great story. Sci-Fi lovers, Action seekers, and even people that have discomfort with too much sex or profanity as there was hardly any involved. The sex was depicted in a way to pass the message only, and not to overly make it the focus of the book. I will rate if four out of four stars, and i am very sure anyone else that reads this book will agree with me. I consider it a must-read.
