I was asked to read this book and write a review on it before it was released to the public. This was my first to read of Joan Curtis's. I couldn't put the book down and read it less than 2 days. Here's my review of it:
If you like suspense and a great story line, this book is for you. The Clock Strikes Midnight is riveting with a mix of relationships, family drama and murder all rolled into one. You get immersed in not only the plot, but each character’s set of issues and lives as well. Joan Curtis does a great job of drawing the reader in and having you get emotionally attached. There are surprises and twists that keep you guessing and leave you wanting more. This is a book you won’t be able to put down as it definitely holds your attention.
Has anyone else heard of it yet? If not, I would highly recommend pre-ordering through Amazon.
