EMP Honeymoon: Kelly and Tom is written by Dorothy May Mercer. This short book will talk about Kelly McBride and Tom Turbulo. Tom Turbulo, a sergeant in the book, is a high-ranking police officer. On their special night, Kelly McBride and Tom Turbulo partied hard on a Caribbean island while battling a small group of psychological militants who want to blow up North America. Kelly McBride visited the Pigsty store in the neighborhood at the beginning of the novel because she needed to do some shopping, but she noticed something odd about the establishment. She ended up looking for specialists in the mystery room because there weren't any at the shop. She fled after spotting armed men in the mysterious room. Anyone who enjoys reading, I believe, would enjoy the experience as much as I did because the novel has wonderful characters, a developing plot, and a satisfying conclusion that would leave you satisfied from the journey of the story.

The narrative starts off with an intriguing presentation that immediately piques the reader's interest. I appreciate how the book's author, Dorothy May Mercer, flawlessly captures each setting's details, the dialogues are vibrant, and the conversations are superb. By switching between several points of view and veering here and there, the author keeps the reader intrigued and craving more. The writing style and use of plain English are appealing to me.

I devoured this book in one sitting and experienced the characters' joy firsthand. Each character felt crucial to the plot, and I liked how they all contributed different elements to the story such that it was difficult to predict the outcome. Unbelievably helpful was the rational explanation of what an electro-attractive heartbeat is. I found the written information on the Electro-Attractive Heartbeat's logical terminology to be helpful, and I appreciate how the author was able to recall the definition of innovation for this well-edited book.

Since the title is relevant to the substance of the book, I can say nothing bad about this beautifully written book. My rating for this book is 4 out of 4 stars. I suggest this fascinating book to any science enthusiasts and active readers who enjoy a good read that is more enjoyable than romantic. The development of the romance in the novel was the key additional point I could make.

Throughout the narrative, there were a few instances where Kelly McBride and Tom's feelings seemed to develop a bit too quickly, but nothing that was so bad as to come across as irrational or overly sentimental. This book features a distinct relationship, amusing discussions, and excellent turns. If you truly enjoy science fiction, I would highly recommend reading it.
