North America was facing its biggest adversary of the century. A terrorist organization had gotten its hands on an electromagnetic pulse shooter. This terrorist group was determined to end the continent by shooting the pulse straight at it. Tom and Kelley would rather die than see such a thing happen. They transitioned into combat mode and must spy on the enemy to get information. Organizing an infiltration is not easy, but they must do it. They are North America's only hope. Will they be successful?

The story in E M P Honeymoon is the first thing I like about it. It was a story about terrorists and patriots. I also loved how much information it gave concerning the leader of the terrorists. In most books, such leaders are made mysterious. All we know about them is that they are wrong. There is no way of knowing if they get sad or petty. No information is given on whether or not they understand their goals and how they got to where they are. E M P Honeymoon gave me this information, which was very interesting.

If you're wondering what I liked best about E M P Honeymoon, don't worry because I'll tell you right now. I loved the way each scene was introduced. Dorothy May Mercer always put a few words up whenever a change of scenery was to occur. This heads-up made following the storyline easy and stress-free.

I only had one criticism for E M P Honeymoon. I wouldn't say I liked the picture of a cartoonish rocket at the end of each chapter. It looked out of place, mainly because it had a stark white background. The image might have looked more appealing if Dorothy May Mercer had removed the background color. I liked the inclusion of those rockets the least in E M P Honeymoon.

The editing on E M P Honeymoon was exceptional and superb. I like that Dorothy May Mercer did it again in this book. Although I wouldn't say I liked the pictures at the end of each chapter, I cannot punish this book harshly for that. So, I rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

If you have read any of Dorothy May Mercer's books and liked them, I bet you'll love E M P Honeymoon. If this is the first time you are getting to know Dorothy May Mercer, pick up this book and see why she is loved. You will end up wanting more after reading this.
