The EMP Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is about standing up for what you believe is yours. Mike receives a phone call from an unknown number and inquires the person to identify herself. However, the caller declined to do so, as it was dangerous she being overheard. Mike begins to wonder how an unknown number could reach him, given that he has a landline that is not accessible to everyone. This narrows down the potential caller to the point that he understands it's his younger sister. Mike is just aware that she is on her honeymoon with Tom. What he is unaware of is what is wrong. However, will Kelly escape the impending danger? Someone has something planned. It is something interesting to find out.

The EMP Honeymoon met my expectations with its fast-paced action and anticipated mystery to solve. Kelly calls her brother for assistance at the beginning of the narrative. This is one of the most intriguing strategies for attracting the reader's attention. My favorite element of this story was that there was substantially more suspense and a feeling of danger for many of the characters, both heroes and villains. The usage of the same voice for group singing passages is less enjoyable than the remainder of Scott Ellis's performance, which is excellent. Overall, there is a fairly substantial work of contemporary fiction with fascinating characters.

However, there were a few unresolved situations at the conclusion of the novel, which I found a bit challenging. The story just progresses to the subsequent period. This story segment would have been more suspenseful if the author had included a few additional details about what occurred. On the other hand, the author probably attempted to make the storyline as light as possible while keeping the length to a minimum.

Overall, I give EMP Honeymoon four out of four stars. This book's language and spelling were professionally edited, making it easier to go through. I was eager to read this book since it appeared adventurous. It met my expectations by delivering a fast-paced action and the anticipated mystery. The language was formal, and the plot was well-explained. I would suggest this book to anybody who likes romance over suspense. I believe the finest moments in the book are the love scenes.
