Is someone here with me? Am I being watched? Jerry was unusually disturbed when he checked into a room at the Sand Bar Hotel on Navarre Beach in Florida. He dismissed his feelings as paranoia and dismissed them as such. But then, this cold presence became intense, and Jerry knew something was wrong. He knew better than to turn around to face his fears. He wanted to run, but it was now too late. What does this assailant want from me, and what could he possibly be? When he turned, he couldn't believe what he was facing. How did this smoldering skeleton get into my room, and what did it want?

This book is great news for anyone who loves paranormal thrillers. I couldn't help screaming. I felt as though I were Jerry. The book is an easy read. It contains just six chapters and can be quickly read if not for some errors that hindered my flow. I didn't expect to see five errors in a story of fewer than six pages. I would rate it 3 out of 4 stars for that. The editing was very poor.

It's impossible not to create an imaginative overview of this book while reading. I had to go back and confirm it was a fictional story after such a realistic write-up. Flash Fiction: The Room by H.T. Bell is the perfect horror book for anyone who enjoys paranormal thrillers. I liked that the book was brief, but I would have wanted to know more about the hotel, Jerry, and the event's aftermath. This book is an example of why you should always trust your instincts. If Jerry had left early, he wouldn't have had such an experience. I think I have found the perfect series for me. I can't wait to read the other books in this series. This story would serve as a perfect build-up to a good horror series. I just kept seeing Voldemort from Harry Potter when the black silhouette was described.

I don't think anyone who enjoys paranormal thrillers would want to skip this book. The author even had me longing for more thrillers attached to the storyline.

I took this book out of curiosity after seeing the title and book cover; I didn't expect it to be this good. I commend Bell for his descriptive and narrative ways of telling a story. It was almost like I could see the figure from the book. I hope this scary story doesn't affect my sleep.
