Review of E M P Honeymoon
No matter how cautious one may be when planning or making judgments, a person can't be able to foretell how such decisions may turn out. This is Kelly's circumstance. Unbeknownst to her, after carefully selecting a destination for her and her husband Tom's honeymoon, it turns out that her pick would prove to be an interesting one for the new couple. The novel E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is full of adventures and fascinating in every way.
As Kelly travels around Honduras on her honeymoon, she comes across a terrorist stronghold with plans to attack the United States. She called her brother, Senator Mike McBride, as soon as she made this discovery, and he promptly alerted his buddy, CIA operative Joseph Rench. To ensure the security of his sister, Mike's secretary, Catherine, sent Agatha and Sharon from her team. The moment Kelly told her husband about her findings, the two of them set about planning how they would find out more information on the terrorists. What would happen to the couple and the agents sent to ensure their safety? Read this book to find out.
A well-written adventure book like this one is undoubtedly going to include many important lessons. I was able to learn a lot about how devastating terrorism may be after attentively reading this book. From the lives of the couples, I was able to observe the value of trust and consideration in every relationship. Above all, I was able to pick up a lot of knowledge about courage, perseverance, patriotism, taking risks, courage, sacrifice, and collaboration.
It was practically impossible for me to put this book down while I was reading it since the plot is so engaging, dramatic, and unpredictable. My curiosity was most piqued by the author's writing style, and reading this novel was made simple by how wonderfully the characters were developed. It is important to highlight that the plot is interesting and well-developed, and there are no unclear terms in this book, which would have made reading tedious.
There was nothing I could find wrong with this book as I was reading it. It's safe to state that the editors did a good job because I didn't find any typos or grammatical errors in the book. Given how wonderfully the book is written, I would give it a rating of four out of four stars. Anyone who likes adventure stories, stories about terrorism, or stories about criminal investigators should read this book, in my opinion. Additionally, newlyweds and those considering careers in law enforcement could learn a thing or two from this book.
