Review of E M P Honeymoon

The teaser for this book mentions the president announcing the highest military budget in history. This is followed by the table of contents and the prelude. This book includes 16 chapters and 277 pages in my copy. If you're unsure what EMP stands for in "E M P Honeymoon," it stands for "Electromagnetic Pulse."

In this book, Kelly, a newlywed, calls Senator Mike McBride, who happens to be her older brother, while she is supposed to be on her honeymoon with her husband, Tom Turbulo. She sounded tense and scared, as if she had just learned a very big secret while on an excursion around the Caribbean island, which is where they were supposed to be spending their honeymoon, as they discovered a surprisingly cheap place on the island—cheap but really nice. While on the outing, she got lost and came upon a peculiar gift shop. When she went inside to buy a gift, she unintentionally found a hidden laboratory. Did Kelly and her husband ever return from their honeymoon unscathed? Learn more by reading this book.

Each chapter's title, which appears to suggest where the chapter's events are taking place, as well as the small rocket illustration that follows the prologue page and each chapter, are appealing to me. It's odd and unusual for a book chapter to have more than one title, and I really appreciate how certain chapter names keep the events and setting in line with each other. This was very beneficial and improved my understanding of the text. I find Dr. Peter Kiney's persona intriguing, as well as the fact that he is a professor. Given that he was presenting a somewhat complicated subject, I like how he incorporated comedy into his instruction. I sincerely hope that all professors could use comedy to make their classes simpler to understand. This book's plot is incredible in and of itself. The author, Dorothy May Mercer, is incredibly talented. I like her ability to write in a way that draws the reader in and holds their interest. I couldn't put the book down till the very end. I appreciate how the author explains the characters and provides specifics about them because it makes them easier for me to comprehend. The novel is moving along wonderfully, and I enjoy how the plot develops gradually. It was a fun read because of the romance.

I don't like a few things about this book, like the book's teaser, but not enough to take away a star. I didn't really feel teased about the book by the teaser, so I believe it shouldn't have been there. I found the prelude to be more teasing. Allowing an undercover police officer to have breast implants simply so she can blend in with the covert assignment she's starting sounds a little excessive. The book was exceptionally well edited, and I discovered no errors while reading it, despite the fact that it seemed like she had to transform herself for a goal. I give it four out of four stars since it is a really good novel.

I recommend it to readers who enjoy science fiction, mystery, romance, and crime novels because this book is a perfect blend of these genres, and readers who love these genres will truly enjoy the book.

I also find Dr. Peter Kiney's persona intriguing, as well as the fact that he is a professor it's really cool. Given that he was presenting a somewhat complicated subject, I like how he incorporated comedy into his instruction. I sincerely hope that all professors in all higher institutions could use comedy to make their classes simpler to understand.

This book title wasn't sufficient enough to accommodate all the theme of this book., which limited the audience of this book. I had thought the book to be only romance which was not. However, the book has a nice setting.

I didn't experience any sparkle between Kelly and tom relationship. Their honeymoon was so nice as it was obstructed by impeding terrorist attack but I did enjoy the novel. Nice review.

When I read this novel I was left wondering why Kelly and Tom weren’t doing things together on their honeymoon. I also wondered why Kelly insisted on visiting places that were strictly prohibited.

I have read this book and I do not think this book deserves a four star rating. This is due to how poorly developed most characters were. At first I thought Tom and Kelly where the main character then suddenly Sharon and Steve where all over the place. Nevertheless, your review was nice.

After I finished reading this book I was really happy with the way the author ended the book. Most books like this don't useally end in a way that captivates me, but this one was an exception. Great review anyway

This book is one of my best books so far, the couple's sacrifice in this book is unique. The author was able to blend love, suspense, and action in the book. Good job.

This is quite a lot of adventure for a honeymoon. I hope Kelly and her husband uncover these threats while coming out unscathed. Nicely written review.

I had alot of dislikes with this book and I do not think it deserved a fours star rating. Most characters were poorly developed and the relationship between the couples was cold. You have done a good job putting together this piece together.

To me it deserved a four star, apart from the fact that sharing and Steve were prominent it was a really good novel 8)

It's part of the author's way to distract us I guess, but overall I think it's a really good novel
