E M P Honeymoon: Kelly & Tom by Dorothy May Mercer opens in Honduras, where the newlyweds, Tom Turbulo, a cop, and Kelly McBride, have gone for a honeymoon. It is a call from Kelly to her brother, Senator Mike McBride. During a three-hour drive around the island, Kelly decides to rush into a pigsty on a side street with the hope of getting gifts for her family. In between, she realizes that the bus has left her, and in a hurry, she decides to get the clerk to complete her transaction. In no time, she was walking down the shop’s hall and tapping on doors that were out of bounds. With ignorance, she decides to check the room with restricted access and finds a computer lab with all the high-level technology. In a glimpse, she’s attacked by a man who probably was in control. In a struggle, she manages to speed off, trying to get out of sight of six armed men. She finally manages to get back to the villa. Kelly informs her brother of the strange activity that might be going on in the lab based on the beeping of the computers. She later reunites with her husband, who was out exploring the sea, and the two of them become interested in learning more about the pigsty.

Excellent writing is used by the author. The degree of intrigue was outstanding throughout the entire book. You have to stay to find out what happens next because the events always end abruptly. Unfortunately, there is a lot to say about the book that won't fit in a single review. If readers read the book for themselves, that would be satisfying. Events move quickly in this book, making you feel as though you are one of the main characters. The entire cast of characters helped the book's storyline twists and events come to life. I've read one of the author's novels, and I can say with certainty that she has mastered the art of enrapturing the reader and compelling them to be engaged.

Nothing in this book bothered me. I thoroughly loved reading this book. There is constant suspense throughout the entire book. Through her novels, the author brings to life a wealth of knowledge. She has all the compelling tales you simply cannot put down. There is a lot of suspense and intrigue in the book. In order to really connect with the characters, you must be entirely drawn in.

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I can't take away a star from this book since it was so worth it. It involves more than just a review. No typos or mistakes were present, which suggests that the work was professionally edited.

I recommend this book to readers who want action-packed adventure novels with a dash of romance. Amazingly, the book concludes in sudden suspense. It merits all of the focus.
