Murder in the Garbage is a fascinating crime-mystery novel that talks about a character named Raoul Martez. It’s written by Jerry A. Greenberg, a renowned author. Raoul works at Trinity Waste Management (TWM) as a trash collector. He is a former military official. He made this decision in an attempt to fund his college program. The mystery starts to unfold when Hank Boucher hears about the murder of TWM’s CEO, Charles Thornton.

This book highlights the challenges one might experience in the workplace. As sort of an intern, Raoul finds it difficult to adjust with the new conditions at his workplace. This is because of the unfair treatment he receives when questioning about the company’s policy. Hank Boucher, also known as Henry Leon Boucher, had spent 15 years serving as a seal in the U.S. Navy Seal. He has now retired from the navy and is looking for a position at the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency).

The novel contains a series of short chapters which engage the reader. The storyline is based on an in-depth analysis of a murder committed by crime, exploring all the details. I enjoyed how Mr. Boucher narrates about his brief history up to the current position that he holds. It is quite insightful from a realistic point of view. This book also contains references to Jewish traditional values which contribute to the significance of the storyline. It is to be noted that the author isn’t in favor of a specific religion whatsoever. Rather, this is just a way to enhance the storyline’s engagement.

I don’t feel like there's a need to mention any negative comments or opinions about this book. I didn't find any. The author managed to keep all the details intact. The story isn't missing any piece of the puzzle. So it was well-delivered and met the expectation.

This book contained only a single minor error, to be exact, which doesn’t affect the storyline’s layout. This is excellent work from the editor. It is one of the reasons I decide to give it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The storyline is exceptional. It follows a series of counter-intuitive investigations that are compelling. I also like the suspense and thrilling action created likewise.

I’d recommend this book to readers who are interested in crime and investigation series. The follow-ups are fantastic. You might find it quite enjoyable. The crime to be solved is not complicated like most. Overall, there are not a lot of questions to be concerned about when it comes to delivery. It's just a simple story focusing on what the justice system upholds. Good luck!
