As always, fate works in wonderful ways. You could either call it being in the wrong place at the right time or being in the right place at the wrong time. As this story takes a wrong turn, we see how fate brings the characters together.

Raoul Martez, after being out of the military, planned on getting a good-paying job, so he could attend night school and have a normal life like everyone else. But unfortunately, the only job he could get was being a garbage collector at Trinity Waste Management (TWM). Meanwhile, Hank Boucher, a 36-year-old man after spending fifteen years as a Navy Seal, decided to retire and then got a job as a CIA agent. As fate would have it, there's a sinister event happening in TWM which lead to the murder of Charles Thornton, the CEO of TWM. Hank Boucher has been assigned to solve the mystery and accomplish the mission. With Raoul Martez suddenly being tied up in the mess, where would this lead? Will the case be solved?

Murder in the Garbage is a crime thriller book written by Jerry A Greenberg. It's one of the best crime thriller books I've read so far this year. The author's craftiness is what I liked about the book. It begins with Raoul leaving the military and trying to start his life anew. Then everything turns around with the mysterious death of the CEO. Being the first person to discover this, along with his partner Hubert, he ended up being tied up in the case. This book speaks of having courage in the face of danger.

Throughout this book, I found nothing to hate. It has the right dose of mystery that I was at the edge of my seat. Readers who love books filled with mystery would find this book a wonderful read. If you love books based on the "who did it" perspective, try this book out, and you won't be disappointed. My favorite character in this book is Raoul. Why? Although he tried to have a simple life free from all the drama, he ended up where it's dramatic the most. Being able to face it all and remaining sane is one thing to be admired. Why don't you read it up and decide? You be the judge.

With all being said, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I believe it deserves my rating because of my praises. This book is also exceptionally well edited with no trace of typos. I recommend it to lovers of crime thriller books. Those interested in mystery, and readers looking for action-packed books.
