Events can just occur when they are not needed. I mean, some events do have really bad timing. Imagine falling into a very big problem on a special day, probably your honeymoon. I guess this is not going to be a nice experience. The book E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is science fiction filled with suspense.

Kelly and Tom, the newlyweds, traveled to a Caribbean island for their honeymoon. The honeymoon was filled with fun—until Kelly jumped into something she wasn’t meant to face. Kelly went to a toy shop to get gifts for her family when she discovered a terrorist hideout. The toy shop was used as camouflage to carry attacks. Kelly barely got out alive. The happiest day of her life turned into a mission to save her country and her family. Tom was a cop, but he was shocked at the magnitude of the attack that was about to happen. One good thing was that he was a cop, but he couldn’t do it alone. Do you think America could stand this attack? Read this book to quench your thirst.

I enjoyed every part of this book; all actions were engaging and never tiring. I also loved the length of the book; it made the book easy to read and understand. My favorite part of this book was the interview with Dr. Peter Kinney. I admire his speech about solar flares; it was energizing. The author's knowledge of nuclear physics makes the book more fun to read. I learned a lot from the book; the teamwork in the book was enlightening to readers. I love the book's cover, the font, and also the title. I must say what made me pick this book was the title the author used: E M P. Read this book to know what the title portrays in the book. There were no dull moments in this book. This was a fun read.

I found no errors in this book. This book was exceptionally well edited. I also found some flaws in this book, although they were minor and didn’t cross my mind. First, the actions in this book were easily predictable; it was so clear to know the end of the story as some characters were more influential in the book. Also, some characters in the book looked too fake. I admire books where I can feel a lot of emotion, books where I can feel the passion of the author, but I must say that apart from the suspenseful nature of this book, I had no emotion. Apart from these flaws, I found nothing wrong with this book.

I rate this book, E M P Honeymoon, by Dorothy May Mercer 5 out of 5 stars. I think the above reasons are not enough to deduct a star from this book. I love the captions in each storyline as they prepare my mind for the next read. I recommend this book to fans of science fiction and those over the age of 16. This will be a great read.
