Review of E M P Honeymoon
This interesting science fiction novel, E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer, is an interesting book you'll love to read. From the title alone, one can get a hint of what the story is all about. Of course, the story is about a married couple whose names are Kelly and Tom Turbulo. This wonderful couple went on a fascinating honeymoon to an island, and things didn't go well there. Unfortunately, Kelly runs into a dangerous terrorist group, knowing full well that she'll be in great trouble as a result of that act. She had to seek help from her brother, Sen. Mike McBride. Her brother also got to seek out Joseph's help in this case. By this time, this terrorist group was planning on attacking North America, and this plan needed to be interrupted. I hope they will succeed in stopping the terrorist group. Get your own copy.
This is one of those books in the McBride series that can be read as a stand-alone. Every single event and action thrilled me the more. I was captivated in every scene. In trying to stop the terrorists and their motive, many desperate actions and measures were taken. This wonderful couple made a lot of sacrifices trying to stop what was coming. I strongly believe that not everyone can forget about their honeymoon, which is once in a lifetime, just for the sake of humanity. Tom was a good policeman, while Kelly was very knowledgeable in decoding computers. Their skills were really helpful in this process.
Dorothy May Mercer really did a good job in this book. She amazed me with the way she was able to weave a plot so quickly. I actually enjoyed this book from the beginning to the end. Each page of the book connected me to the next one in an interesting way. I enjoyed the author's writing style and editing. I also learned a lot from this book. I still enjoyed Cynthia and Dan, as they're my favorite characters in this series. The characters were well-developed by the author, and I enjoyed them. I learned that I needed to be selfless in some cases.
Honestly, I couldn't see anything to dislike about this book. Almost all the books I've read in this series are top-notch. I love the way the couple came together to help their country and humanity. The author really portrayed her creativity in this novel. The editor also needs to be commended. The book was well edited.
I would gladly like to rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. This book was highly educative, thoroughly edited, and free of errors, and I enjoyed the plot, writing style, and storyline.
I would recommend this book to lovers of adventure, crime-fighting, anti-terrorism, and romance too.
