After reading Cynthia and Dan: Cyber War, I must admit that I was ready to read the following book in the McBride series in order to see more of Cynthia and Sky. Unfortunately, Cynthia and Sky weren't the focus of this book's major plot, which disappointed me a little. The McBride series has left me wanting more, but this novel did not let me down.

E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer depicts a newlywed couple, Tom and Kelly, who are honeymooning on an island in Honduras. Kelly decides to take the excursion bus around the island to visit some shops and local venues while Tom is on a dive boat exploring the coral reefs. The bus abandons her as she wanders off to a mysterious pigsty shop in search of piggy gifts for her nephews and nieces. However, she discovers a secluded room in the shop with the door marked "Danger, keep out, employees only." She gives in to her curiosity and finds a set of computers in the room, one of which has a map of the United States and Canada displayed on it. She was about to reach for her phone when she was pushed and dragged across the room to the back door, but she managed to free herself. What could this possibly be? What was the purpose of having maps of the United States and Canada? More information can be obtained by reading this book.

The fascinating plot of this page-turning book will keep the reader fascinated throughout its rapid pace. In this book, romance, and terrorism are both important themes. I could identify with their feelings of strain and anxiety when they were having problems, and once humor was utilized, a smile spread across my face. There were a few instances where high-tech equipment was explained in great detail, indicating that the author is quite skilled in this sector.

There's nothing I dislike about this book. I like how these high-tech subjects were briefly discussed at the end of the novel, and the author's comment reveals that some of the incidents described in the book might be related to real-life events. I learn a lot from this book, one of which is selfless sacrifice. I adored this book in all respects and couldn't put it down till the very end.

Because it has taught me more about how to take precautions in dangerous situations, I rate this book five out of five stars. I didn't find any flaws in the book, which indicates excellent editing. Although this novel is a part of the McBride series, there are no loose ends, and it can be read independently. I recommend this book to those who appreciate sci-fi and high-tech books with an intriguing and engrossing plot driven by tension.

Kelly and Tom are a perfect match. They are really brave in the face of adversity. Not everyone will likely abandon their honeymoon; a once in a life time experience, to solve crime.

Reading your review was enjoyable. Without revealing any details from the novel, it accurately summarized everything. I appreciate your positive review. Since Kelly and Tom are the book's first two characters.

Overall, your review has convinced me to give this book a try, even though I'm not a big fan of physics. Your description of Ron's character and the way he navigates life is intriguing, and I'm curious to see how his story unfolds

I appreciate that you mentioned how the author's skill in describing high-tech equipment added to the book's overall quality. It's great when authors can balance the technical aspects of a story with a gripping plot.

I've read the book. It's worth noting that Tom and Kelly are shining examples of what patriotism should be like. I like how you mentioned how the author was able to combine romance, humor, and war in one story. I must say that your rating of the book is adequate and balanced.

I’ve read the book and I’ll say your review is on the point. I was also disappointed that Cynthia and Sky were not the main focus of the novel, as indicated by the title of the novel. The author did quite a good job though.

I love books that contain romance and terrorism. Cynthia seems to be a strong character in this book, and her abilities to handle problems are stunning.
